Here, we dive into the importance of incorporating physical activity into your daily routine. You'll discover effective ways to exercise that fit into your schedule, learn about the mind-body benefits of consistent movement, and understand how fitness contributes to a healthier lifestyle.

This module is focused on self-care for stress management and resilience building. You'll be introduced to techniques that help manage stress, improve your response to challenging situations, and build resilience. Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of this program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs. There is no set meal plan.

I have dietary restrictions. Can I still participate in the program?

If, for any reason, you find that my coaching program is not meeting your expectations, within the first month, I offer a partial refund. Payment for service, beyond the initial $330, will be refunded.

Can I get a refund if I find that the program isn't right for me?

 In addition to the normal Q&A sessions during coaching calls, you'll have chat and email support from me to answer any questions. Plus, you'll be part of a cohort of glowfriends, where you can connect with others, share your progress, and find support.
